The Black Lagoon is a location in Descendants: The Rise of Red and is where Uliana and her group hang out when they are not attending their classes at Merlin Academy. Its status after Red and Chloe left the past is unknown.

When wanting to know more on Uliana, Red and Chloe met up with Ella, the young Cinderella, at her home where they asked where Uliana would be as Ella mentioned the bully would be at the Black Lagoon.
After partially turning into a flamingo due to Bridget's cupcakes that had side effects, Uliana made her way to the lagoon with her group in tow wanting revenge, she grabbed her necklace and used it as a whistle when then caused a large eel to ascend as it opened its mouth and allowed the group inside as the group began conjuring up ideas on how to get their revenge on Bridget. ("Perfect Revenge").
Red and Chloe then hid out of sight and watched as Uliana and her group called upon the spirits of the lagoon to give its own ideas, the lagoon presented the Sorcerer's Cookbook as Uliana then came across the page that would turn a person into a monster upon eating the cupcakes it provided which gave Uliana the idea she had been looking for, the group then left with Uliana using her necklace to cause the creature to descend back under the waters.
When going to leave for themselves, a giant moray eel attempted to attack Chloe only for the latter to be saved by Red as she claimed the Charming princess would be no good if eaten as the two then left the area to stop Uliana's plan.

- Similar to Ursula's lair, Uliana's lair is a carcass of a gigantic eel with its maw as the main entrance.
