Chloe is a cheerful 16-year-old who is a perfectionist and is book smart and athletic, but her privilege makes her somewhat naive about the real world. She enjoys history and joined the Auradon Historical Society.

Chloe is slightly dark-fair skinned young teenage girl with long curly light blue hair that goes down past her shoulders. She wears light pink lipstick with soft blue eyeliner and gems around her eyes. She wears a blue and gold jacket, a light blue and dark shirt, blue pants with two different color shades on two sides, and silver sparkly army boots. She accessorizes with gold fingerless gloves that sport a blue diamond on the centre, a blue choker, a blue belt with gold accents, a stealth with a sword, and light blue nails.

Chloe however, sacrifices her boots while she helping out Red at Merlin Academy, destroying the shoes in the process. Despite that, she now wears Captain Hook's own boots after Red took them when he was in a frozen state.

After discovering that they are at Merlin Academy, the school that existed before Auradon Prep, in the hallways Chloe notices a poster advertising the Castlecoming Festival, mentioning that her parents fell in love during that dance. While walking through the halls, they meet [[Principal Merlin]], to whom Red lies, saying that they are exchange students. After what happened, Bridget wonders if she should go apologize to Uliana, but Chloe, Ella and Red stop her, with Ella saying that she deserves it because she is always harassing them. At that moment, Prince Charming arrives, who congratulates them for confronting Uliana, and introduces himself to Red and Chloe, in addition to taking advantage of the moment to invite Ella to the dance, but she rejects the invitation. Bridget tells her that she wishes someone would propose to her, so Ella proposes that they go to the dance together as friends, so Bridget happily accepts, and mentions that she has two days to choose a dress. After arriving at Maison de Tremaine, Red and Chloe are attended to by Ella, who is called out by [[Lady Tremaine|her stepmother]] for receiving visits from classmates. She apologizes, but Red says that she understands since her mother doesn't even let her have friends, after which she tells them that they can stay if they help her with her chores. While Red dusts, Chloe scrubs the floor, slipping, so Red advises her to take off her shoes, but Chloe says it was a gift from her mother. Red comments to Ella that what happened with Uliana was pretty wild, so Ella tells him that she is as bad as Ursula, whom Uliana wants to surpass as a bully at the Academy. When Chloe asks why Uliana has it out for Bridget being so nice, Red tells her that's the reason since bullies love an easy target and Bridget is weak, but Ella tells her that it's the opposite, since Bridget is strong for being nice, since it is hard to be nice even if people are awful with you. In the Black Lagoon, Chloe and Red observe the arrival of Uliana and her companions, and after following them into their lair, they discover that Uliana plans to steal a book, the Sorcerer's Cookbook, and use one of its recipes to transform Bridget into a monster. As they leave, Chloe and Red are attacked by a moray eel, which almost catches Chloe, but Red saves her by hitting the moray eel with a stick. The next morning, they visit Bridget in her bedroom, finding her practicing a card trick, and are surprised to see her room, which Chloe mentions as wonderful. Red notices that Bridget has the Looking Glass, and she explains that with it she can see the future, to which Red asks if she has looked at it, but Bridget tells her that she wants her future to be a surprise, hoping it will be wonderful. Red asks her if she has the Sorcerer's Cookbook among her collection, so Bridget begins to search for it, while Red and Chloe use the Looking Glass to see the future, observing that the Queen of Hearts has taken her revenge on Cinderella, while the King Charming cries desperately. Chloe and Red continue laughing about what happened to Uliana. Now that they have the book and have avoided the prank on Bridget, Red wonders if her mother will really be different when they return to the present. Using the Pocket Watch, Chloe and Red travel to the future, arriving at the moment when Uma was welcoming the students and their parents, with the Queen of Hearts moving a deck of cards, so Red worries that She goes to summon her soldiers again, but the Queen uses the cards to make a bunch of heart-shaped bubbles appear, saying that she is excited that her daughter is going to study there. Chloe also meets up with her mother, glad to see that she is okay. And along with the others present, she begins the celebration at Auradon Prep.
