"Did I Mention" is a song from the Disney Channel movie, Descendants, sang by Ben, and the students of Auradon, while he was under Mal's love spell that worked too well.
Story[]
Jay and Carlos have helped the Fighting Knights win against the Sherwood Falcons. Right as the announcer is congratulating the team, Ben takes the microphone and gets the crowd to chant Mal's name, much to Audrey's shock and confusion.
Ben declares he loves Mal, sending Audrey running in tears. He calls for a beat, and Doug starts up the band. Surprised, Mal wonders if the love spell she used was too strong; Evie laughs, wondering what they put in the cookie.
At the end of his song, Ben asks Mal to be his date to his coronation, which she accepts.

- In the prequel book, his dream of being in the Isle of the Lost and meeting a purple-haired, green-eyed girl is the inspiration for his first official proclamation before becoming King. Whether he really dreams of her every-day, as he says in this song, is unknown, and is most likely an exaggeration under the love spell.
- Ben sang a shorter version of this song again in Descendants 3 when he proposed to Mal confirming that he seems to remember still singing the song even under the love spell.
- Ben and Mal were originally supposed to have a duet to this song in Descendants, but it was cut from the film.
- Despite Mitchell Hope being credited, Ben's singing voice was actually Jeff Lewis however Hope sang in the sequels. The song would have a reprise in the third installment when Ben proposes to Mal.[1]
