Frog Butlers

The Frog Butlers are minor characters in the novel Beyond the Isle of the Lost: Wonderland: A Descendants Novel. They works as servants in Queen of Hearts' castle.

Although the Frog Butlers did not appear in Disney's 1951 film Alice in Wonderland, they are based on the Frog Footman from Lewis Caroll's novel Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, which was in turn adapted into Disney's animated film.
- In said novel, the Frog Footman being a single character who serves as a footman to The Duchess. While Frog Butlers in Descendants, appear to be inspired by the versions used in Disney's 2010 film Alice in Wonderland, where several work under the service of the Red Queen (who merges the Queen of Hearts and the Red Queen and from Lewis Carroll's novels into a single character), and they wear red vests, just like the version described in Beyond the Isle of the Lost.
