The Glass Slippers are a pair of slippers conjured up by the Fairy Godmother for Cinderella in order for her to attend the ball on the night she met Prince Charming.

After having her dress destroyed by her step-sisters, Anastasia and Drizella Tremaine, Cinderella made her way to an area outside where she was soon found by her Fairy Godmother, the latter of which used her magic wand to create a new outfit and transport for Cinderella to attend the ball, part of the outfit included a pair of glass slippers.
After leaving the ball before midnight, Cinderella left behind one slipper before returning home with the other one intact. Upon there being a decree that all maidens in the kingdom would have to try on the remaining slipper and that whoever it would fit, would marry Prince Charming, after the shoe did not fit on either Anastasia or Drizella, Lady Tremaine insisted that there were no other girls in the mansion just as Cinderella revealed herself though despite Tremaine's protests, The Grand Duke followed through with his orders and allowed Cinderella to wear the slipper, Tremaine then used her cane to have it shattered though Cinderella took hers from her dress, she then placed it on her foot revealing herself to have been the girl at the dance, she then married the prince where one of the slippers were once again left behind on the stairs before The King gave it back to her.
Founding of Auradon[]
After Auradon had been founded, the slippers were placed in the Museum of Cultural History. Sometime later, a replica pair was made and given to Cinderella.
Descendants[]
Upon entering the Museum of Cultural History, Mal, Jay, Carlos and Evie walked past the glass slippers.
Escape from the Isle of the Lost: A Descendants Novel[]
During a scavenger hunt, one part of the quest was to retrieve a shard of the glass slippers which was done first by Jay and later by Mal and Ben.

In the past, Red used The Looking Glass that belonged to her young mother, Bridget, to see back into the future where she saw the elder version of her mother, the Queen of Hearts taunting King Charming, upon being given the glass slippers by a guard, the Queen of Hearts dropped them in front of the King where they shattered on impact.
