Hell Hall is an old Victorian mansion that was originally in Suffolk, England, it was the home of Cruella De Vil and her minions, Jasper and Horace and was the place where the stolen Dalmatians were kept for Cruella's plan, it was said to have been abandoned for years and visited by Pongo and Perdita where the two rescued the stolen puppies.

It is a large mansion that appears decrepit and falling apart with various rooms, one room includes many bear traps and leads to a closet where Cruella keeps her fur coats, it serves as Carlos' room where he is forbidden from wearing the coats to keep warm. Hell Hall also includes a few knights in armour with spears that stand in different areas of the mansion, it is said to be located near the Castle-Across-the-Way.
