Maison De Tremaine, otherwise known as Cinderella's Château was the first home of Cinderella and her late father prior to his passing. After Cinderella's father died, Lady Tremaine took over the estate and squandered the money by spoiling her own daughters, Anastasia and Drizella, the home fell into disrepair over time before being repaired after the formation of Auradon.

When Cinderella was a young girl, she lived in the Château with her father who longed for a new wife after losing his previous one. After marrying Lady Tremaine, he shortly died and the estate went into her name where she raised her two daughters, Cinderella became a servant within her own home.
Cinderella spent one morning cleaning the Château while her step-family attended to their own matters. On the day of the ball, Cinderella pleaded to go but was told only if her chores had been done to which she accepted. Upon returning from the ball, Lady Tremaine grew suspicious that her step-daughter was the same young woman at the ball and locked Cinderella in the attic prior to the arrival of The Grand Duke and The Footman.
After inquiring if anyone else lived in the house, Lady Tremaine denied there being anyone else only for Cinderella to make her way to the foyer where her step-mother insisted that her step-daughter could not qualify as she was a servant girl though the Duke ignored her.
History[]
After Auradon and the Isle of the Lost were formed, the Tremaine's were sentenced to the Isle for their behavior towards Cinderella though the Château remained in Auradon where it became the home to Cinderella, King Charming and their children, Chloe and Chad Charming.
Descendants: The Rise of Red[]
One morning, Chloe and her father did fencing practice with King Charming getting the upper-hand, he then complimented his daughter's skill claiming it was perfect for Swords and Shields before telling Chloe she was like her mother. Cinderella then reunited with the two telling Chloe not to mind her father.
Cinderella and her husband then danced, reminiscing about their first song[1] before gifting their daughter with her own pair of glass shoes.
When Red and Chloe Charming found themselves back in time, they eventually met Ella and after a while, they found themselves at the Maison De Tremaine. Noticing the girls below, Lady Tremaine demanded to know who was at the door with Ella claiming they were her friends, Red and Chloe were allowed inside once they agreed to help Ella with her chores.
Inside, Ella continued her chores as she told the two how Ursula once turned the freshmen year of Merlin Academy students into frogs before talking about how Bridget was a good person who just wanted to make friends with everyone no matter their personality and that she was a strong person. When Red asked her on how to find Uliana, Ella answered that they would have to go to The Black Lagoon as it was where the Villain Kids went to. Hearing this, Chloe accidentally knocked a vase over causing it to smash causing the three to try to clean it up before it was discovered by Lady Tremaine.
Hearing the noise, Lady Tremaine made her way into the room where she saw the vase though did not accept Chloe's apology, she then left the room to speak with Anastasia after grounding her step-daughter and telling her that she would sleep in the barn for that night.
Though Chloe attempted to apologise to Ella again, the latter snapped back telling Chloe that apologising would not unground her before talking about how her parents died when she was a child and that life was not fair to even those with a good heart and that despite her situation, it was her only home and the Tremaine's were her only family. She then told the two to leave.
Later on after Red insisted on stealing the Sorcerer's Cookbook with Chloe objecting to it, Chloe made her way back to the Maison De Tremaine to seek Ella's help where the two talked it over with Ella telling her eventual daughter to do what she thought was right causing Chloe to eventually side with Red's decision after helping her young mother clean the grounds.[2]
