Night is Young is a song on the Descendants soundtrack, performed by China Anne McClain. In the series, Descendants: Wicked World, the song is performed in the episode of the same name during the Neon Lights Ball by Freddie.
Story[]
CJ Hook cuts the cord to Lonnie's DJ equipment, rendering the Neon Lights Ball without any music. Seeing her chance to either distract or take the spotlight, Freddie takes a guitar and tells everyone that she will sing for them. She sings, getting praise from Jordan for being so good but shade from Audrey. Lonnie manages to restore power to the equipment via her phone mid-song, adding background music that matches. Freddie finishes her solo, cueing Lonnie to resume DJing.
