Perdita is the deuteragonist of Disney's 1961 animated film 101 Dalmatians. She appears in the book The Isle of the Lost: A Descendants Novel as a member of The Council of Sidekicks.

Perdita as she appears originally in 101 Dalmatians.
Perdita and Pongo are the parents of 15 Dalmatian puppies. When her children are kidnapped, Pongo enlists the help of other dogs to find them, discovering that they are in the possession of Cruella de Vil. By rescuing them, they also manage to rescue another 84 puppies, which they decide to take home. After fleeing from Cruella and her minions, Horace and Jasper, the Dalamatians return home to their owners, Roger and Anita, who also happily welcome their dogs' new children.

Perdita and Pongo are shown to be on The Council of Sidekicks, able to communicate with Prince Ben with a translation device on Ben's ear. During the meeting, she and Pongo are concerned about their pups' education. Prince Ben then passes the "Puppy Grant" benefit to offer financial aid to the Dalmatians.

- Although in 101 Dalmatians, and other media related to the film, she wore a blue collar (which female Dalmatians usually wear), in The Isle of the Lost: The Graphic Novel her collar is red (which male Dalmatians usually wear, as is the case of Pongo).
