Sara Parriott is an American screenwriter, working in partnership with Josann McGibbon. She and McGibbon are the co-creators of the Descendants franchise, both being the writers of the first Descendants film, for which they won the Writers Guild of America Award.[1] Parriott and McGibbon later served as writers and executive producers for the sequels Descendants 2 and Descendants 3.
