Further information: Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs

Snow White as she appears originally in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.
Born a princess, Snow White was the only daughter of unnamed royalty. After her mother died when she was young, her father re-married another woman who later became the Evil Queen. After the king died, Snow White was forced by her stepmother to become a scullery maid in fear that she would one day surpass her beauty. One day, while cleaning the castle courtyard, Snow White met Prince Florian, whom she fell in love with at first sight. When the Magic Mirror once declared the young princess to be the fairest maiden within the land rather than the Evil Queen, the latter ordered a huntsman to locate Snow White, kill her and bring her heart back as proof the deed was done.
After the huntsman could not bring himself to do as he was ordered, he allowed Snow White to escape and begged her to do so as he only returned to his queen with the heart of a dead pig instead. After running away, Snow White eventually came across a cottage and cleaned it up with help from the local wildlife. Soon, she met the inhabitants of the cottage, seven dwarfs.
In an attempt to finally rid herself of her stepdaughter after finding the truth from her Magic Mirror, the Evil Queen disguised herself as an old woman and gave the girl a poisoned apple. The young princess ate it and fell into a deep slumber, seemingly dying from it. She was placed in a glass coffin and mourned by the dwarfs but was soon saved by Prince Florian, the prince she had met previously that day and who gave her true love's kiss. The two then rode away on the prince's horse.
Personality
Snow White is well-known for her innocence and kindness — both of which act as her greatest strengths, as they've guided her safely through the various hardships faced throughout her life. Her generous, trusting and helpful nature can cause her trouble, as other people might take advantage of it, such as her stepmother, the Evil Queen. Although she is sensitive and soft-spoken, she can be energetic, stern and sarcastic to a degree, such as when she told the Dwarfs to wash their hands or when she scolded the birds for "frightening the poor old lady" (who turns out to be the Evil Queen in disguise). Snow White is motherly, compassionate and delights in keeping house for the lovable Seven Dwarfs while she waits to meet her beloved prince again. With her kindness and ethereal beauty, Snow White charms every creature in the kingdom except her stepmother. She also shows great resilience and an inner strength against adversity.
Appearance
In her youth, Snow White, described by her stepmother's magic mirror, had "hair black as ebony, lips red as the rose, skin white as snow." Though she is first seen in rags at her debut, Snow White is most well known for her iconic dress with a blue bodice, puffy red and blue striped sleeves, an ankle-length yellow skirt with a self-sewn white petticoat and a high white collar, along with yellow shoes, a brown cape with a red interior, and a red bow in her hair.
After 20 years of Auradon's founding, during Ben's coronation, Snow White wears a dark blue dress the bottom of the dress is dark blue and yellow at the top the sleeves are dark blue and the bodice is covered in light blue sequins. She wears a red bow in her head which is covered in light blue sequins, and the bow being moved to the right side of her head. According to the Evil Queen, Snow White may have some work done to look young.
